Please note, there is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and check guests in to the apartment. Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving licence/ ID) prior to their arrival. Failure to provide this may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Please note that Urban Chic – Hyde Park cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave. All rooms are completely non-smoking. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and may also be charged a fee for damages. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required.
