A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Subsequently the property will email your reservation confirmation featuring all useful information for your stay, including full address of the property and where to collect the keys to your apartment. Children can be accommodated but the maximum number of guests allowed should not be exceeded (not counting children between 0-3 years). Please note the Guest Assistance Team is currently available Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 15:00. The building is located only 5-minutes away from the main site in Shelton Street. Full instructions on how to reach the property will be provided by the property prior to arrival.
