The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room. Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard. The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund. All visitors must leave by 23:00 each night. Only the registered overnight guests are permitted to be in the apartments after 23:00. The deposit will not be refunded to any guests who do not adhere to these rules. Please note that this hotel only accepts bookings from guests aged 21 years and over. A copy of a valid photo ID of the lead guest this must also be sent to the property prior to arrival.
